1On depositing the instrument of ratification the Government of Switzerland declared that the provisions of the Convention will apply to the Principality of Liechtenstein, so long as it is linked to Switzerland by a customs union treaty.
2On 26 June 2024 the Government of Belgium notified the Secretary General of its denunciation of the Convention with effect on 26 December 2024 in accordance with article 7 of the Convention.
3The signature by Denmark was affixed subject to ratification.  In a communication received on 16 May 1958, the Government of Denmark notified the Secretary-General of the withdrawal of the reservation as to ratification.
4On 22 July 2021, the Government of Denmark notified the Secretary-General of its denunciation of the Convention with effect from 22 January 2022 in accordance with article 7 of the Convention.
5On 11 March 2022, the Government of France notified the Secretary-General of its denunciation of the Convention with effect from 11 September 2022 in accordance with article 7 of the Convention.
