1The former Yugoslavia was an original Member of the United Nations, the Charter having been signed and ratified on its behalf on 26 June 1945 and 19 October 1945, respectively, until its dissolution.  Treaty actions undertaken by the former Yugoslavia appear in footnotes against the designation “former Yugoslavia”.
