3. a Amendments to the main text of the European Agreement on Main International Railway Lines (AGC)

in accordance with article 10(2(c)) of the AGC Agreement which reads as follows: "If the amendment is accepted by two thirds of the Contracting Parties, the Secretary-General shall so notify all the Contracting Parties and the amendment shall enter into force 12 months after the date of such notification. The amendment shall enter into force with respect to all the Contracting Parties except those which, before its entry into force, make a declaration that they do not accept the amendment".

Note :
At its seventy-seventh session held in Geneva from 15 to 17 November 2023, the Working Party on Rail Transport of the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) adopted amendment proposals to the main text of the AGC Agreement in accordance with article 10.
