provisionally on 1 January 1978, in accordance with article 75(2) and definitively on 2 January 1980, in accordance with article 75(1) . The Agreement was extended by Decisions Nos. 13 and 14 adopted by the International Coffee Council on 20 November 1981 and 21 May 1982, respectively [see chapter XIX.18 a)].
