1.In accordance with Article 3 (2) of the Protocol, "[a]ny State becoming a Contracting Party to the Agreement after the entry into force of the present Protocol shall be a Contracting Party to the Agreement as amended by the Protocol."
2.The former Yugoslavia had accepted the Protocol on 1 October 1976. See also note 1 under “Bosnia and Herzegovina”, “Croatia”, “former Yugoslavia”, “Slovenia”, “The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” and “Yugoslavia” in the “Historical Information” section in the front matter of this volume.
