Note :
The Agreement was negotiated by ECE Governments in the context of the Preparatory Committee of the Regional Conference on Tranport and Environment. It was open for signature from 13 November 1997 to 30 June 1998, inclusive, in accordance with article 4 (5) of the Agreement.
