9aAmendment to the Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans of the Baltic and North SeasEsbjerg, 22 August 20033 February 2008, in accordance with article 6.5.3.3 February 2008, No. 30865Parties81Depositary notification C.N.346.2006.TREATIES-1 of 9 May 2006.By Resolution No. 4, adopted on 22 August 2003 at the 4th meeting of the Parties to the Agreement on the conservation of small cetaceans of the Baltic and North Seas, held in Esbjerg, Denmark, from 19 to 22 August 2003, the Parties adopted an amendment to the Agreement, in accordance with paragraph 6.5. The Amendment, <i>inter alia </i>, changes the name of the Agreement as follows: “Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans of the Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish and North Seas”.

1 "Any State that becomes a Party to the Agreement after the entry into force of an Amendment shall, failing an expression of a different intention by that State: a) be considered as a Party to the Agreement as amended; and b) be considered as a Party to the unamended Agreement in relation to any Party not bound by the Amendment." The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland considers that the extension of the [Amendment] to the Isle of Man will enter into force on the date that this notification is received [in] deposit …”
