ENVIRONMENT7bAmendment to Annex B of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate ChangeNairobi, 17 November 2006Not yet in forcesee paragraphs (4) and (5) of article 20 of the Protocol which read as follows: "The Amendment to Annex B of the Protocol, shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least three fourths of the Parties to this Protocol. The Amendment shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party deposits with the Depositary its instrument of acceptance of the said Amendment.".StatusParties30TextDoc. <a href="/doc/source/docs/Decision 10_CMP_2-E.pdf" target="_blank">Decision 10/CMP/2</a>.At the second session of the Conference of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, held in Nairobi, Kenya from 6 to 17 November 2006, the Parties adopted an Amendment to Annex B to the Protocol by Decision 10/CMP/2, in accordance with Articles 20 and 21 of the Protocol.
