COMMODITIES38International Cocoa Agreement, 1993*Geneva, 16 July 1993Entry into force. This Agreement was extended, in whole, until 30 September 2001 and 30 September 2003, respectively, by International Cocoa Council decisions taken at its fifty-eighth regular, and twenty-third special sessions held in London from 3 to 9 September 1998, and 9 to 10 July 2001. The Agreement was terminated and replaced on 1 October 2003 in accordance with its provisions and provisionally on 22 February 1994, in accordance with article 56 .
