7bAmendments to Articles 6 (6) and 7 (1) of the Statutes of the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and BiotechnologyTrieste, Italy, 3 December 1996see article 16 of the Statutes which reads as follows: "1. Any Member may propose amendments to the Statutes. Texts of proposed amendments shall be promptly communicated by the Director to all Members and shall not be considered by the Board until ninety days after the dispatch of such communication. 2.
