Road Traffic28aAmendments to Article 9 of the European Agreement on main international traffic arteries (AGR)Geneva, 29 March 2007in accordance with article 7(2 (c)) see paragraph 2 (c) of article 7 which read as follows: "If the amendment is accepted by two-thirds of the Contracting Parties, the Secretary-General shall so notify all Contracting Parties and the amendment shall come into force twelve months after the date of such notification. The amendment shall come into force with respect to all Contracting Parties except those which, before it comes into force, make a declaration that they do not accept the amendment.".Doc. <a href="/doc/source/docs/ECE_TRANS_SC.1_379-E.pdf" target="_blank">ECE/TRANS/SC.1/379</a>The Working Party on Road Transport of the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe adopted certain amendments to Article 9 of the Agreement at its hundredth session held in Geneva from 17-19 October 2006, in accordance with article 7 of the above Agreement. The proposed amendments were circulated by the Secretary-General under cover of depositary notification C.N.314.2007.TREATIES-1 Reissued of 16 October 2007.
