1The Regulation enters into force for all Contracting Parties to the Agreement which did not notify their disagreement thereto, in accordance with article 1(4). The date listed under "Application of regulation" reflects the date of the entry into force of the Regulation for those States parties to the Agreement, at the time of the entry into force of the Regulation, which did not notify their disagreement thereto, in accordance with article 1(4) of the Agreement.States parties to the Agreement not applying the Regulation may, at any time, notify the Secretary-General that they intend to apply it, and the Regulation will then enter into force for such States on the sixtieth day after such notification, in accordance with article 1(7) of the Agreement. For these States, the date listed under "Application of regulation" is the date of deposit of the notification.States that become parties to the Agreement subsequent to the entry into force of the Regulation, which do not notify their disagreement thereto, apply the Regulation as from the date of entry into force of the Agreement for such States. In these cases, the date listed under "Application of regulation" reflects the date of deposit of the instrument of accession to the Agreement.
