HEALTH1fAmendment to article 74 of the Constitution of the World Health OrganizationGeneva, 18 May 1978Not yet in forcesee article 73 of the Constitution which reads as follows: "1. Texts of proposed amendments to this Constitution shall be communicated by the Director-General to Members at least six months in advance of their consideration by the Health Assembly. The amendment to article 74 of the Constitution of the World Health Organization was adopted by the Thirty-first World Health Assembly by resolution WHA 31.18 of 18 May 1978.
