1The proposal by the Government of the United Kingdom was accompanied by the following communication:“In accordance with the decision of the Working Party on the Construction of Vehicles at its 100th session (TRANS/SC.1/WP29/384, para. 47), the Government of the United Kingdom wishes to propose that this Supplement 3, as well as Supplements 1 and 2 to Regulation No. 75, be considered as applying from 25 June 1993.”In this connection and in view of the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 12 of the Agreement, the Secretary-General wishes to note that this application would thus presently take place strictly on a <i>de facto </i> basis.2For additional references to the texts of the annexed regulations and their amendments, see doc.
