Pursuant to article 12 (3) of the Agreement, the amendments will enter into force for Yugoslavia two months after the period of six months following the date of the notification by the Secretary-General of the proposed amendment, i.e. 16 November 2001.3For technical reasons and in order to align this chapter with all others in the publication, the date indicated is no longer the date of effect of the regulation for the Contracting Party, but the date of receipt of the notification of application by the Secretary-General.4The former Yugoslavia applied Regulation No. 55 as from 29 November 1989.
