1bAmendment to article 7 of the Constitution of the World Health OrganizationGeneva, 20 May 1965see article 73 of the Constitution which reads as follows: "1. Texts of proposed amendments to this Constitution shall be communicated by the Director-General to Members at least six months in advance of their consideration by the Health Assembly. Amendments shall come into force for all Members when adopted by a two-thirds vote of the Health Assembly and accepted by two-thirds of the Members in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.".Parties98<a href="/doc/source/docs/WHA18.48-E-F.pdf" target="_blank">World Health Assembly resolution 18.48</a>; <i>Official Records of the World Health Organization </i>, No. 143, p. 32. The amendment to article 7 of the Constitution of the World Health Organization was adopted by the Eighteenth World Health Assembly by resolution WHA 18.48 of 20 May 1965.
