provisionally on 1 January 1974, in accordance with article 36(2) and definitively on 15 October 1974, in accordance with article 36(1). The Agreement was extended by Resolution No. 1 adopted by the International Sugar Council on 30 September 1975 [see chapter XIX.10 a)].
